Job Summary
The Assistant Property Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our property management team. This position involves assisting with the management of residential properties, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, facilities management, and real estate administration, along with excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.
- Manage tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, contracts, and tenant communications.
- Support leasing efforts by conducting property tours and assisting with sales strategies.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Utilize OneSite software for property management tasks including lease administration and tenant tracking.
- Collaborate with the Property Manager on budget preparation and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Entrata
- Excellent sales skills to effectively promote available units and services.
- Ability to negotiate contracts effectively while ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
