Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure quick service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food storage areas for freshness and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours while demonstrating effective time management skills.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for seamless transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards essential for maintaining health regulations.
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations while managing time efficiently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy.
- Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store environment is highly desirable.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
