About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Builder / Construction Manager with a strong background in custom residential construction and large-scale renovations. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who is committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, organization, and project execution.
You will lead projects from concept through completion, working alongside architects, designers, and discerning homeowners to bring thoughtfully designed homes to life—on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through final delivery
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project timelines with a focus on efficiency and cost control
- Prepare and oversee detailed project estimates and scopes of work
- Coordinate closely with architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Utilize construction management platforms (e.g., Buildertrend) for scheduling, documentation, daily logs and client communication
- Maintain a strong on-site presence to ensure quality control and adherence to design intent
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and OSHA regulations
- Proactively communicate with clients and stakeholders, delivering a high-touch, professional experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing residential construction projects (new builds and/or high-end renovations)
- Strong understanding of construction budgeting, cost controls, and estimating
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, and custom home clients
- Proficiency in construction management software (Buildertrend preferred)
- Deep knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction

- Pay range starting from $90,000 based on experience
- Performance based bonuses available
