Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Locations: Somerset, South Mountain, Waymart, Selinsgrove, PA
Shift: Days/Eve/Nights, 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
Pay Rate: $40-41/hour
Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and compassionate nursing care to veteran residents in a long-term care facility. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and resident-centered care during the second shift.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and care plans
- Monitor, record, and report changes in residents’ conditions to the RN or physician
- Provide routine nursing care, including wound care, vital signs monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical recordsPerform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of LPN experience
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current CPR/BLS certification
