NOW HIRING – PCA/CNA (Personal Care Services)
Peace Of Mind Community Care
We are seeking an experienced PCA/CNA to provide care for an adult female CAP client in Gibsonville, NC.
Need to hire by 7/14.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
5:00 PM – 9:00/10:00 PM (20–25 hours weekly)
➕ Additional respite hours may be available.
Client Care Needs:
* Personal care assistance, including showers
* Meal preparation and breaking down food into small bites
* Medication reminders/assistance
* IV fluid support (experience preferred)
* Assistance with light housekeeping
* Client has digestive/gastric health concerns and becomes dehydrated easily
* Must understand that the client cannot drink liquids while eating due to swallowing difficulties
* Be attentive, as food may occasionally become stuck in the client’s throat
Additional Requirements:
* Must be comfortable around service dogs (they are an important part of the client’s care)
* Experience with clients who have complex medical needs is strongly preferred
* Reliable transportation required
* Ability to assist with transportation to and from emergency room visits, when needed, is a plus
