Compensation: Starting hourly wage during probationary period (duration to be determined), with performance-based commission structure implemented upon successful completion of probation - part time to being, then transition to full time.
About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to drive new business growth and reactivate dormant accounts. This dynamic hybrid role combines proactive sales outreach with exceptional customer service, requiring strong communication skills both over the phone and in face-to-face client interactions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and takes ownership of the customer journey—from initial contact through to project delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, promoting our printing and marketing solutions while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and in-person meetings
- Identify and reactivate inactive or dormant customer accounts
- Present customized printing and marketing solutions to meet client needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service excellence
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and service requests from start to finish
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Continuously identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—confident on the phone and in person
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high energy
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable using CRM tools, email, and phone systems to manage client interactions
- Passion for solving customer needs and delivering outstanding service
- Experience in printing, marketing services, or B2B sales is a plus, but not required
