Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Campus Site Leads to oversee the daily operations on our afternoon enrichment campuses. In this vital role, you will lead a team of educators and staff to deliver exceptional programs that promote student engagement and development. Your leadership will ensure the smooth functioning of the campus, support staff growth, and uphold our commitment to providing a safe, nurturing environment where children thrive academically and socially.
Duties
- Manage daily operations, ensuring a vibrant and organized learning environment for children and staff
- Lead and support educators and support staff in delivering high-quality program development aligned with educational best practices
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, dismissal procedures, and company policies to ensure a secure environment for children and staff
- Communicate with families to answer questions and address any concerns promptly and professionally
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children in an after-school program, school, camp, childcare, or recreation setting a plus
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred, including coordinating staff or managing daily program operations.
- Strong ability to lead and manage an after-school campus independently while maintaining a safe, organized, and positive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure all students are accurately accounted for throughout the program and safely dismissed only to authorized adults according to established procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, school staff, and fellow team members.
- Comfortable serving as the primary point of contact for parents by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage attendance, student movement, staff schedules, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in fast-paced or unexpected situations.
- Proficient with basic technology, including email, Google Workspace, and attendance or registration platforms.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation, or a related field preferred.
- Must successfully pass all required background checks and meet state and district employment requirements.
