Essential Accountabilities:
- Take daily accountability for safety, quality, and productivity results of assigned teams.
- Ensure teams meet manufacturing targets for safety, quality, and productivity through the execution of the Rockline Operating System.
- Provide daily leadership and direction for direct reports and team members to improve efficiencies, quality, or implement corrective action plans for underperforming lines.
- Analyze manufacturing data and recommend measures to enhance equipment safety, product quality, production efficiencies, equipment performance, and scrap rate.
- Coordinate staffing and overtime requirements to meet production needs.
- Ensure that customer expectations are understood and met by all members of the asset team.
- Enforce adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Optimize shift transitions through consistent communication with direct reports and team members.
- Select, mentor, and develop direct reports to improve performance and foster their professional development.
- Coordinate or conduct training as required.

Qualification Requirements: To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Internal Candidates:
- High School or GED and 8 years of manufacturing or manufacturing support experience with 4 years of supervisory experience. OR
- Associates degree and 4 years of manufacturing or manufacturing support experience. OR
- Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or business, and 2 years of manufacturing or manufacturing support experience with observed leadership competency.
- External Candidates:
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of manufacturing experience. OR
- High School diploma with 6 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong communication skills in a positive and professional manner.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
