Pilar Home Services Inc. is the developing residential subsidiary division of Pilar Services Inc., builtalongside over 30 years of commercial HVAC industry experience and operations throughout South Florida.
We are looking for a motivated HVAC professional who is strong with customers, organized, and capable ofhelping grow our residential service and replacement division.
Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining: residential HVAC service, customer communication,
service coordination, and residential sales opportunity development.
This role is ideal for someone who: has residential HVAC experience, can build trust with homeowners, can identify and close opportunities naturally, and wants to grow into residential operations leadership over time.
Responsibilities
Respond to and coordinate residential HVAC service calls and emergencies
Diagnose issues and communicate solutions clearly to homeowners
Coordinate repairs, replacements, and follow-up work
Identify and close repair and replacement opportunities
Help maintain strong customer relationships and service quality
Assist with CRM accuracy, scheduling coordination, and operational organization
Work alongside dispatching, project coordination, field crews, and commercial department.
Sales performance is considered a major part of this role. This position is expected to help drive residentialrevenue growth through repair conversions, replacement opportunities, maintenance programs, IAQupgrades, and strong customer relationship building.
