Watts Dental is seeking a compassionate and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator & Patient Financial Advocate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping patients feel confident about important healthcare decisions.
As a key member of our patient experience team, you'll be responsible for guiding patients through recommended treatment, answering questions about insurance and financing, and helping ensure they have everything they need to move forward with care. Your ability to combine customer service, organization, and financial communication will make a direct impact on both patient outcomes and practice success.

In this position, you will:

Meet with patients to review recommended treatment and answer questions about their care plans.

Explain insurance benefits, estimated costs, financing programs, and payment arrangements.

Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and administrative team members.

Help patients schedule future treatment and navigate next steps in their care journey.

Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment recommendations.

Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation.

Deliver a welcoming, professional experience that builds trust and long-term patient relationships.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience in a dental office, healthcare setting, patient coordination role, or financial counseling position.
