We are currently seeking a groundskeeper to supplement the contracted grounds keeping by maintaining the property in a clean, safe, and attractive condition at all times.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain Facility Repairs for common areas

Maintain property safety and Inspections

Maintain exterior property appeal

Assist with resident communication for customer experience

Physical Functions

Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds and lifting over sixty (60) pounds occasionally.
