Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional, flat-rate automotive repair experience.Nissan - Infiniti factory training is a massive plus, but we welcome experienced techs from all franchise or high-volume independent backgrounds.
- Essentials: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and a professional toolset.
Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Perform high-quality mechanical and electrical diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs according to Nissan Infiniti factory standards..
- Digital MPIs: Utilize modern electronic Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) software to accurately diagnose vehicle needs and communicate repair recommendations to Service Advisors.
- Efficiency & Safety: Maintain a high flat-rate efficiency rating while operating strictly within shop safety guidelines and OSHA protocols.
- Continuous Growth: Stay ahead of automotive tech curves by actively participating in manufacturer-funded training and Cadillac certification programs.
