Job Description:
Seeking a skilled and dedicated Dining Room Server professional at a brand-new restaurant, The Grille at Bridgewater Crossing.
Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.

Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions regarding ingredients and preparation methods.

Take accurate and detailed orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.

Serve food and beverages with precision, adhering to the restaurant's service standards.

Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly and courteously.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and coordinated dining experience.

Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offerings to enhance guest experience.

Set and maintain dining tables with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Process guest payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a server in a restaurant.

Extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktails.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills.

Complete the Ramp server seller course and ServSafe food handler course.
