Your Role: Team Leader
This is more than just a sales position. As a Team Leader, you’ll help drive the success of your team by leading from the front, developing canvassers, enforcing KPIs, and helping close deals in the field. You’ll play a key role in building culture, accountability, and growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Assign canvassers to scouted areas
- Confirm and assign appointments
- Knock with your team and stay active in the field
- Sit in on appointments and assist with closing sales
- Lead by example through personal production
- Enforce KPIs and hold team members accountable
- Support team growth, motivation, and development
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or door-to-door experience (required)
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A positive, coachable mindset
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Goal-driven and self-motivated personality
- Ability to lead a team while maintaining personal production
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
