About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in aftermarket automotive and powersports parts & accessories. For over 20 years, we've helped enthusiasts customize their trucks, Jeeps, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, boats, RVs, and more by providing quality products, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service.
As a small business, every team member plays an important role and often wears multiple hats. We value people who are dependable, curious, willing to learn, and ready to jump in wherever they're needed. If you're looking for a position where you'll gain experience across multiple areas of a business—not just one department—we'd love to meet you.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a motivated, organized, and adaptable Operations Associate to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an entry- to mid-level professional who enjoys variety and wants to develop a broad business skillset. No two days are exactly alike. One day you may be helping a customer solve an issue, the next you may be analyzing sales data in Excel, assisting with purchasing, processing invoices, or helping improve an internal process.
If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new things, and making a meaningful impact on a small team, this position offers tremendous opportunity for growth.
What You'll Do:

- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online messaging

- Support accounting functions including invoicing, reconciliations, data entry, and basic bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Learn and utilize proprietary software and online marketplace platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Assist with special projects as business needs evolve
- Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
What We're Looking For:
We're less concerned with finding someone who has done every task before and more interested in someone who is eager to learn and grow.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Organized and highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- A strong problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
- Adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats
- Professional, dependable, and accountable
- Friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new software and technology quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in an office, administrative, customer service, operations, or business support role
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, lookups, PivotTables, filtering, sorting, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce, Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify is a plus
- Interest or knowledge of automotive or powersports products is helpful but not required
