Duties
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the premises and detect suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety protocols are maintained and identify any hazards or unauthorized access.
- Respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by assessing situations accurately and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records to document daily activities and any irregularities observed during patrols or surveillance.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by monitoring for theft or vandalism and intervening when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), conflict management, and surveillance techniques are preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control technology, and loss prevention methods is advantageous.
- Strong ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts effectively and professionally.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail during patrols and surveillance activities.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts.
- Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations is a plus.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
