No previous pest control experience? No problem. We'll provide the training, uniforms, equipment, and pay for your licensing through the Colorado Department of Agriculture. All you need is a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the desire to provide outstanding service.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00/hour during paid training
- Company-paid licensing through the Colorado Department of Agriculture
- Transition to 23% production pay once licensed
- Additional sales commissions on top of production pay
- Newly licensed Pest Management Professionals typically earn around $60,000 annually
- Experienced Pest Management Professionals commonly earn around $80,000-$96,000 annually, with opportunities to earn even more based on production and sales performance

Most service days begin around 8:00 AM, and you'll travel directly from your home to your first customer. At the end of the day, you'll head home from your final appointment—no daily commute to an office.
What You'll Do
As a Pest Management Professional, you'll be the trusted expert customers rely on to protect their homes and businesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest activity and the conditions contributing to it
- Figure out what's causing pest problems and recommend effective solutions
- Perform pest management services safely and professionally
- Educate customers on pest prevention and long-term solutions
- Complete electronic service reports and maintain accurate records
- Maintain your company vehicle and equipment
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service

- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, crawling in tight spaces, and performing physical work throughout the day
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Colorado Department of Agriculture Pest Control Operator License (company paid)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic smartphone and technology skills for electronic service reporting
