WAREHOUSE MATERIAL HANDLER
Current Shifts Available:
Sunday-Tuesday, Alternating Wednesdays, 6am-6:30pm
Sunday-Tuesday, Alternating Wednesdays, 6pm-6:30am
Alternating Wednesdays, Thursday-Sunday, 6pm-6:30am
- Maintains safe, clean and orderly work environment at all times.
- Loads materials onto vehicles, installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage while in transit.
- Safely moves, loads, and unloads product to and from pallet racks with MHE above or below ground.
- Reads work orders and/or follows oral instructions to meet scheduled activities as directed.
- Receive materials and verify materials against packing lists to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
- Communicates effectively, reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating policies, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Operates and drives gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices, such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel-hook to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or locate, relocate, and stack products, equipment, or materials.
- Must satisfactorily complete the CBPS Forklift Operator Training Course.
- Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with the client Quality Assurance team to ensure all materials and products meet cGMP and regulatory requirements.
SHIPPING/RECEIVING COORDINATOR
Current Shift Available:
Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
- Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment
- Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
- Maintain logs of all shipments outgoing and incoming
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages
- Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
- Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes accordingly.
- Posts weights and shipping charges and affixes postage
- Marks materials with identifying information

WAREHOUSE TEAM LEAD
Current Shifts Available:
Sunday-Tuesday, Alternating Wednesdays, 6pm-6:30am
Alternating Wednesdays, Thursday-Sunday, 6am-6:30pm
- Ensure all employees and activities are operating within designated safety standards
- Work with and assist team with warehouse processes or system issues
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to facilitate inbound and outbound shipping and inventory tracking.
- Operate powered tool equipment including but not limited to hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklift, cherry picker, clamp, reach truck, etc.
- Must be able to successfully complete a forklift certification
- Stage products, Load and unload shipment
- Assists with execution of weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity
- Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment
- Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
- Assists in the handling of materials and items from receiving area to designated bin locatons
- Facilitates outbound shipments using proper packing methods and 3rd party delivery services

GMP Experience Preferred!
Experience with stand up forklift is a MUST for all roles!
