About The Position:
- Paid internship ($18/hr starting)
- 3-month time period that can be renewed subject to approval
- Minimum 2 days in office per week
- Working from home 1 day per week (flexible hours)

What You'll Do:
- Answer phone calls/walk-ins and pass notes off to the service or sales team
- Schedule appointments
- Confirm appointments
- Scanning/Uploading Documents
- Learn about banking products offered, no license required at any point (highly preferred if you have an insurance or FINRA license)
- Shadow licensed team members on Insurance, Investment Planning and Financial Service topics
Requirements:
- Reliable and able to commit to at least 2 days per week in office
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Comfortable speaking over the phone with clients
- Basic computer skills
- Insurance / Investment licenses are not and will not be required, but are preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
