Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, commercial buildings, or hospitality facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Execute floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, buffing, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine surfaces
- Manage janitorial responsibilities like trash removal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Assist with outdoor work tasks such as sweeping walkways or maintaining outdoor areas when required
- Practice safe manual handling techniques when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously while maintaining confidentiality
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in residential or commercial settings preferred
- Experience with hotel housekeeping or hospitality cleaning is a plus
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and outdoor maintenance
- Familiarity with laundry operations and housekeeper management tasks is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively to complete cleaning schedules efficiently
- Hands-on experience with heavy lifting and manual handling tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Background in outdoor work or outdoor maintenance roles enhances suitability for this position
