Job Summary:
Slate Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality telehealth services to patients across the country. As a Physical Therapist Tele Health, you will be responsible for conducting virtual evaluations and developing treatment plans for patients in a remote setting. This is a part-time opportunity that can be based anywhere, with a requirement for licensure in Colorado.
Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments to diagnose and treat patients with various physical therapy needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes
Utilize electronic medical records and telehealth platforms to document patient information and communicate with patients
Provide education and training to patients with proper techniques and exercises to promote overall wellness and rehabilitation
Requirements:
Physical Therapist degree from an accredited program
Current licensure in the state of Colorado
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in electronic medical records and telehealth platforms
