An active New Mexico bar license is required. Active bar licenses in both New Mexico and Texas are strongly preferred and highly beneficial for this role.

Position Overview
Farah Law is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from lawsuit filing through trial. Attorneys are supported by dedicated paralegals, and case managers, allowing them to focus on litigation strategy, client advocacy, and case resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury caseload from litigation through trial
- Evaluate claims and provide strategic legal guidance to clients
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions, including expert witness depositions
- Attend court hearings and conferences
- Prepare for and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress
- Document legal activity and communications in Litify case management software
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure cases are progressing efficiently
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of personal injury experience preferred, including litigation experience
- Active New Mexico bar license required; NM and TX bar licenses strongly preferred.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Trial experience is a plus
Work Environment
- Office, Hybrid, or Remote options available based on location and experience
- Attorneys are expected to manage their schedules to effectively meet client needs, court deadlines, and case demands. While flexibility is provided, availability during normal business hours is required.
