Expedite Care Homes & Home Care Agency is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team on a per-visit/contract basis. This position is ideal for an RN looking for flexible work while helping ensure high-quality care for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Complete initial client assessments.
- Develop and review plans of care.
- Perform supervisory visits as required.
- Complete required nursing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Wisconsin home care regulations.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and caregivers.
- Provide clinical guidance and training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin RN license in good standing.
- Home care experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Must meet all Wisconsin home care agency requirements.
Pay: Competitive per-visit compensation (not hourly). Pay is based on the type of visit completed.
Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per day
