Mold Tool Maintenance Technician - Second Shift.
This position is responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and changeover of injection molds.
Duties:

Perform mold changes and ensure mold tools are ready to meet production schedules.

Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform repairs on mold tools.

Recommend changes and enhancements to procedures and equipment to result in more efficient operations.

Maintain a safe, clean working environment.

May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Skills:
-
Basic math skills, including knowledge of shop/mechanical mathematics.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and 3D models.

Ability to comprehend and retain technical verbal and written instructions.

Understanding and experience with mold tool construction and maintenance.
Education and Qualifications:

Must have a high school diploma or GED, associate degree preferred.

Prior Injection mold tool maintenance and assembly experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
-
Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing up to 60 lbs.

Ability to occasionally move objects weighing in excess of 100 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk on a regular basis and occasionally climb, stoops, kneels, or crouch.

Ability to view fine detail, color variation, and depth perception for extended periods.
