- Perform roof inspections and document findings through video assessments
- Guide homeowners through restoration and insurance-related conversations
- Present roofing solutions with professionalism and integrity
- Generate opportunities through outreach, referrals, and relationship-building
- Continue developing your sales skills through training and mentorship
Earnings and Growth Potential
Training Period: Paid onboarding support while learning systems and processes
First Year Opportunity: Many representatives earn $80,000-$120,000+ through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission
Top Producers: $150,000-$200,000+ annually
