Job Summary
A well-established legal services firm in Orlando, FL is seeking a Family Law Paralegal for a direct hire, in-office opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with at least one year of family law experience who enjoys a fast-paced, client-focused environment and can manage high-volume legal support responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
The Family Law Paralegal will support attorneys with drafting family law documents, coordinating case activity, communicating with clients, and helping keep matters moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, and review family law pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and related legal documents.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with clients, attorneys, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and other case-related appointments.
- Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and document organization with strong attention to detail.
- Support attorneys throughout the family law litigation process by tracking case progress and preparing materials.
- Work independently in a high-energy, high-output environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- In-office position in Orlando, FL. Remote work is not available.
