Overview
We are seeking an experienced dependable detail-oriented Auto Repair Detailer to join our growing team. If you take pride in delivering showroom-quality results and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicles before and after repairs.
- Wash, wax, buff, polish, and vacuum vehicle interiors and exteriors.
- Remove overspray, compound residue, dust, and debris from repaired vehicles.
- Perform final quality inspections to ensure vehicles are customer-ready.
- Assist with moving vehicles throughout the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and shop.
- Support technicians and production staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing experience REQUIRED (collision repair experience is a plus).
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Additional knowledge of automotive parts procurement & inventory management is a big Plus.
