- Conduct routine inspections of cable infrastructure to identify potential problems and perform necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards during all installation and maintenance activities to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to coordinate service appointments and communicate technical information clearly.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and service reports for accurate documentation.
- Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices within the cable installation industry to continuously improve service quality.
Skills
- Proven experience in cable installation or related telecommunications roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina for working in confined spaces, climbing ladders, or handling heavy equipment.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is often preferred for travel between job sites.
