We are seeking a skilled Commercial/Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial/industrial painting, specifically in healthcare settings, and a strong understanding of various painting techniques and materials. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment and other tools to apply paint efficiently.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate application of paint thickness.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, including the use of forklifts and cranes when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance on painting equipment as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial/industrial painting or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques.
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint components accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes.
- Knowledge of materials handling practices in an industrial setting is advantageous.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
