One of the Partners is approaching retirement, and they want someone who can gradually take over their book. No rush, no pressure — just a slow, thoughtful handover where you get to know long-standing clients and earn their trust.
This is a true generalist position. You’ll handle review work across 1040s, 1065s, 1120s and 1120-S, along with complex accounting and advisory projects. The firm is tight-knit, relationship-driven, and known for giving people autonomy rather than burying them in layers of hierarchy.
It would suit someone coming from a small or mid-sized firm who enjoys being close to clients, wants variety, and is ready for a real path to partnership. Not just a title with no runway behind it.
