We're looking for an organized, energetic, and people-focused Customer Care Representative to become the heartbeat of our office. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and working with a team that truly has each other's backs, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and compassion.
- Schedule service, maintenance, replacement estimates, and installation appointments using our CRM software.
- Coordinate technician schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Pull permits and schedule required inspections for installations.
- Confirm appointments and communicate with customers throughout the scheduling process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation.
- Support the operations team by keeping jobs organized and moving forward.
- Work closely with technicians, installers, and management to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Help create customers for life through exceptional communication and follow-up.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and using computer software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Previous customer service, dispatching, or office experience is preferred but not required.
