We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced therapists to join our growing psychiatry practice. As an independent contractor (1099), you will provide high-quality therapy services to individuals or couples with various mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and the ability to work well with all different types of patients.

Provide individual and/or couples therapy

Ability to navigate our EMR system eClincalWorks or the ability to learn the system

Create and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Participate in regular supervision and/or case consultations (if applicable)

Uphold confidentiality and ethical guidelines in all client interactions

Stay updated on best practices and continuing education in the field

Manage your own caseload

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field

Current licensure in one of the following:
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Previous experience in providing therapy

eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience a plus but not required
