Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to this same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract if time off does not fall on or near a holiday; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and consecutive days of RTO during holiday periods will not be approved
