Airbnb Turnover Cleaner - 4BR/4BA Property, Kissimmee, FL
Pay: $120 per clean, based on turnover - 1099 independent contractor
Primal Cleaning is looking for an experienced, reliable cleaner to handle turnovers at a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Airbnb in Kissimmee. This is a single-property assignment with recurring work for the right person (or team), not a one-off job.
You can work solo or bring a partner. Either way, you should understand the level of detail short-term rental guests expect and be comfortable handling the property independently on same-day turnaround.
Duties
- Perform detailed turnover cleaning between guest stays (4BR/4BA)
- Reset and stage the property to be fully guest-ready
- Clean all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas
- Complete laundry - wash, dry, fold, and restock linens
- Follow our structured cleaning checklist and standards
- Provide and restock guest consumables (toiletries, paper goods, etc.)
- Report any damages, missing items, or issues after each clean
- Complete the full turnover within the 10am–4pm cleaning window, every time
Requirements
- Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning experience required
- Solo cleaners or cleaning partners/teams of two welcome
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and guest consumables
- Reliable and consistent - this is recurring work tied to one property
- Own transportation required
- Available and able to complete the clean within the 10am–4pm window, no exceptions
- Strong attention to detail and efficient pace
