The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, investment activities, and capital structure to optimize financial health.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles.

- Proven ability to develop financial strategies and lead teams effectively.
