Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and landscaping, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing various types of fencing, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards on the job site.
Responsibilities
- Install a variety of fence types including wood, vinyl, chain link, and wrought iron.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, framing, and welding as required.
- Perform concrete finishing and forming for fence posts and other structures.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their fencing needs and provide recommendations.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards for quality and safety.
- Conduct landscape maintenance around installed fences to ensure a clean finish.
- Handle heavy lifting as needed during installation processes.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Experience
- Proven experience in fence installation or related construction fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques and frame carpentry is highly desirable.
- Experience in hardscape projects is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
