Join our team working on the mobile Slaughter truck!
Duties
- Washing & Preparing truck for daily appointments
- Slaughter animals
- Removing hide and contamination from carcass to load on truck
- Breakdown of full carcass to half or quarter to load on truck and deliver back to shop
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or food processing environments preferred; familiarity with meat cutting or food industry practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and sanitation procedures relevant to food processing plants.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for truck maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
- Excellent knife skills and experience in meat handling are desirable but not mandatory.

- Must be 18 with a valid Drivers License

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
