GROUNDSKEEPERS / MAINTENANCE
Position Summary
Vesper Country Club is seeking seasonal Groundskeepers for the 2026 season. Groundskeepers play an important role in maintaining exceptional course conditions for our members and guests. Full-time and part-time positions are available. No experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidates.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, flexible, and able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Available to work at least one weekend morning shift
- Knowledge of the game of golf is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regular exposure to outdoor environmental conditions, including rain, sun, and cold weather
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements
Responsibilities
- Operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, weed trimmers and blowers
- Perform bunker maintenance
- Repair divots on tees and fairways
- Maintain and beautify clubhouse grounds and surrounding areas
- Complete detailed projects and other duties as assigned
