The Senior Administrative Associate provides high-level administrative and operational support to the BioEthics Center. This role serves as a key resource for administrative staff and helps ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of departmental operations. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative processes, supporting financial and personnel activities, managing records and reporting, and assisting with special projects, events, and programs.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily administrative operations for a clinical, research, or business department.

Provide guidance and support to administrative staff and help maintain efficient office workflows.

Maintain departmental records, databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.

Assist with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other administrative documents.

Coordinate meetings, interviews, travel arrangements, and departmental events.

Support fellowship, residency, training, or educational programs, including application and credentialing processes.

Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate equipment purchases and service requests.

Serve as a liaison between the department and internal hospital teams.

Draft, proofread, and edit communications and other materials for accuracy and clarity.
Minimum Qualifications
Education

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience
-
Minimum of two (2) years of related administrative experience required.

Experience supporting clinical, healthcare, academic, research, or business operations is preferred.

Schedule: 20 hours//week .
Mondays- remote. Fridays- off.
