Client Services Manager – Office Sales & Customer Coordination (Full Time)
Pay: $24–$27/hour + typical bonuses of $5,000–$8,000 per year + health insurance + PTO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (no nights or weekends)
Location: Plymouth, MN – In person (located near Hwy 55 & I-494 for an easy commute)

About the Role
We’re hiring a people-oriented office professional to help manage customer communication, guide clients through service decisions, and keep our schedule running smoothly.
This is an office-based sales and coordination role. You’ll often be the first person customers speak with when contacting our company, helping them understand our services, preparing estimates, and coordinating their projects.
Success in this position comes from building trust with customers, communicating clearly, and helping them confidently move forward with scheduling their service.
This role combines customer communication, consultative sales, and office coordination, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers
- Guide customers through service options and prepare estimates
- Follow up with prospective customers and close straightforward sales
- Schedule jobs and coordinate work with field crews
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects our high service standards
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist ownership with improving internal systems and processes
- Help maintain company documentation and procedures
- Support marketing or brand-building initiatives when needed
- Provide general administrative support to the management team
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $24–$27/hour depending on experience
- Bonuses: Sales bonuses and performance incentives typically add $5,000–$8,000 annually

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM — evenings and weekends free

- Prior office-based work experience in customer service, administration, or coordination
- Strong communication and people skills — comfortable speaking with customers and guiding them through decisions
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage schedules and multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and office software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a small, fast-moving office
- Sales-minded but customer-first in approach
