Full Job Description
Hampton Inn by Hilton - Lincoln White Mountains is currently seeking a people-friendly individual with breakfast attendant/basic food prep experience who also possesses utility service experience to help our guests get their day started right with a delicious hot breakfast and a warm friendly greeting.
Responsibilities include:
* Basic hot and cold breakfast food and beverage prep and setup
* Continued stocking/restocking of food items and breakfast supplies
* Continued clearing, cleaning and sanitizing all tables and contact points
* Accommodating guest breakfast requests
* Basic tear-down and cleanup of breakfast services
* Frequent communication with front desk staff, management and vendors
* Documenting and reporting of food systems performance and care
Physical Requirements:
* Standing for extended periods of time
* Stooping, kneeling, bending and crouching
* Repetitive hand manipulation in use of equipment
* Repetitive carrying of food trays and food and beverage components
* Use of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals and equipment
* Lifting up to 50 pounds as required
Our ideal applicant has excellent time-management skills and is highly organized with a great attention to detail. Basic food and beverage prep experience and knowledge of food handling is required for this position. Basic cleaning knowledge will be required for this role. Additional experience that would be a plus are food handler or ServeSafe certification, banquet/buffet experience, familiarity with juice machines, coffee brewing systems, warming trays, microwaves, warmers, ovens and refrigerator storage.
