## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in menu planning, food preparation, and working in various culinary settings, including fine dining establishments. ## Duties - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping - Assist with meal preparation according to recipes or instructions - Cook food items by grilling, frying, baking, or roasting as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation ## Experience - Previous experience in the food industry or dietary department is preferred - Knowledge of knife skills and various cooking techniques - Familiarity with catering or fine dining environments is a plus - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting Join our team and showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic kitchen environment.
