The firm is distinguished by its deeply personalized, evidence-based approach to performance optimization and mental conditioning. As the practice continues to scale, expanding into new locations and growing its client base, it is seeking senior leadership to support its next phase of development.
The Role
Seeking Chief Operating Officer (COO) who could work in-office (Manhattan).
Experience/Education
- -10+ years of experience in a behavioral healthcare organization, with at least 5 years in a senior operational or executive capacity.
- -Experience in team, organizational, or other high-performance environments is preferred.
- -Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about, and utilizing, emerging technologies as applicable.
- -Master's Degree preferred.
