We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with autism and other diagnoses, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT certification preferred OR willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Accept feedback from supervisors
- Ability to pass a background check
