- Understands the COMSEC Auditor Central Offices of Record (COR) functions, including accountability, storage, issuance and receipt, disposal, and reporting
. - Knows how to conduct account audits and inspections in accordance with National Policy.
- Has experience with the COMSEC Material Control System (CMCS), which is imperative.
