Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation, a premier long-term and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking an experienced Cook - Asian Cuisine to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Asian-inspired dishes, including entrees, soups, salads, and desserts, in compliance with our dietary guidelines and recipes
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards
Collaborate with our nutrition team to develop and implement new menu options and specials
Ensure timely and efficient food preparation, presentation, and serving
Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and customer satisfaction
Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless kitchen operations
Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, responding to resident and guest concerns and requests
