JOB DESCRIPTION: CREW
Summary:
Love food? So do our guests! Crew Members ensure each guest receives delicious food and fast friendly service.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, courteous and prompt service

Suggest value-added menu items to generate additional sales opportunities

Enter orders into Point of Sale system, process payments and make change quickly and accurately

Prepare and package food and drink products
-
Perform duties at multiple work stations
-
Verify order accuracy and deliver to guest
-
Respond to guest needs in professional and polite manner
-
Maintain a safe and clean restaurant
-
Comply with all safe food handling rules
-
Unload and stock inventory as needed
-
Follow uniform and grooming standards and policies
-
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Ability to follow directions, work in a fast paced, guest responsive environment
-
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate with associates, management and guests.

Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
-
Minimum lifting, pushing and pulling of 50 pounds
-
Pushing, bending, stooping, walking, upward reaching, manual dexterity, seeing, hearing, writing, typing, verbal communication.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays
