Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and self-motivated Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in keeping our fleet operating efficiently while supporting our office, customers, and online sales activities.The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, enjoys multitasking, and is comfortable working in a small team where no two days are exactly alike.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare customer invoices using QuickBooks.
-Source, compare pricing, purchase, and order truck parts and shop supplies.
-Maintain accurate fleet maintenance and repair records.Coordinate repairs and communicate with mechanics and drivers regarding vehicle status and maintenance schedules.
-Manage the company's email account and respond professionally to inquiries.
-Manage the company's social media accounts.Manage the company's eBay and other online sales platforms.
-Respond to customer questions regarding online sales.Prepare, package, and ship sold merchandise.
-Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver mail, checks, parts, and supplies.Service the company's vending machine located in Washington, D.C.
-Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers.Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
-Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations.
Qualifications:
-Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
-Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt throughout the day.
-Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
-Ability to lift and package parts weighing up to approximately 20 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive pay based on experience $18 to $22 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, motor vehicle driving record and reference verification
