Food Service Coordinator/Job Coach - 35 Hrs/wk (Cafeteria)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00A – 3:00P
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/yr

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Experience in professional cooking
- Good supervisory skills
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage and delegate goal related tasks to program participants and volunteers to provide efficient food service operations in staff cafeteria.
- Ensure safety and wellbeing of the participants and customers by following safety protocols.
- Report all incidents and occurrences to Supervisor while following agency and OPWDD procedures.
- Partner with Supervisor to prepare food according to popularity and staff feedback, considering preparation and delivery in a timely manner in staff cafeteria.
- Draft vendor orders with the assistance of participants and order supplies to maintain stock levels in staff cafeteria.
- Document progress of goals for each session a participant attends.
Physical Demands:
- Must lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 60-90 minutes at a time.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
