Our growing practice is seeking an experienced, mature, and compassionate individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, detail oriented and have prior experience as a Treatment Plan Coordinator with strong knowledge of dental codes, insurance verification/authorization, treatment discussions, financial arrangements, and patient scheduling and billing. Job duties:
- Collaborate effectively with the dentist and the clinical team to create and present accurate treatment plans.
- Effectively manage in house and third party patient financing
- Ensure all appointments are scheduled correctly with firm financials in place
- Follow up with patients consistently regarding outstanding treatment scheduling
- Communicate effectively with EAssist team in regards to insurance claims and patient billing
- Work diligently to collect outstanding patient balances
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator or Dental Financial Coordinator within a busy dental office environment.
- Must be familiar with Open Dental software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex treatment plans clearly to diverse patient populations
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Prior clinical experience is a plus.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
